This development comprised two buildings situated in Baker Street, backing on to the High Court and situated off Smith and Broad Streets in the Central Business District of Durban.

Description

This was the first “Commercial to Residential Conversion” undertaken by the company.    Previously these building housed the manufacturing premises of Thompson Savage, known as TeeSav, where workwear and overalls were produced, and was attractively converted to 149 residential apartments.

Some of the apartments have stunning harbour views. 

Each apartment has a fitted kitchen, four plate hob and under counter oven, extractor and open plan living space. The living areas are all tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted, with built in cupboards. There is a Laundromat on the ground floor for the use of the occupants. The building was completed in October 2007 and is fully occupied by owners and tenants.
